Three ways to join
The Mississippi CCIM Chapter is where the people who do commercial real estate in this state know one another: brokers, appraisers, lenders, developers, property managers, attorneys, and the students coming up behind them. Which membership fits you depends on where you are today.
CCIM Designees and Candidates
If you hold the CCIM designation, or you are a candidate working toward it, your chapter membership runs through CCIM Institute. Join or renew with the Institute and select the Mississippi Chapter. The Institute bills your chapter dues along with your national dues and forwards them to us, so there is nothing further to do here.

Chapter Membership
For commercial real estate professionals who want to be part of the chapter without holding Institute membership. Chapter members receive the newsletter, member pricing on chapter events, a listing in the member directory, and access to chapter education.
Join now for the balance of 2026 at $25. That carries you through December 31 and includes the holiday party and annual membership meeting on December 10. Annual dues for 2027 are $125.
Student Membership, free
If you are actively enrolled at any college or university, undergraduate or graduate, in any major, membership in the Mississippi CCIM Chapter is free. Come to our events, meet the people who do this work every day, and start building a network before you graduate. Membership runs through December 31 and renews annually.
Once you have joined, take a minute to update your profile with your school, expected graduation, and major. That is how we match students with internships, scholarships, and the members working in the part of the business you care about.
